  I will never ever shop here again. I never had this problem before here either. I purchased around $28 worth of stuff. Not alot I know but when I went out to the car took a piece out of the plastic and noticed it was cracked I immediately took it back in to get a replacement. The old man was soo mean and rude and blamed me for cracking it in the 30seconds I had the item. He told me to act like an adult and slammed the piece down on the counter. I didn''t even get a chance to ask for just an exchange. I am still shocked at how badly he treated me over this little $7.99 item. I didn''t even want a refund I didn''t even get a chance to ask for an exchange he grabbed it and stomped off talking to himself and then came back and told me it wasn''t like that when he checked me out not even 5 min ago. He was kind of rude when my bf decided he was going to the car and I got to deal with him. But the pure anger and meanness in him after was outrageous. Please don''t piss this guy off he is likely to scream at you and tell you to act like an adult. Simply unbelievable.

  This is the place. The owner was super nice and super knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me an actual NAIL and not a banger bucket like everyone else tried to sell me. Plus, they''ve honestly got everything AND they''re open early on Sundays. 12/10

  Don’t waste your money here I’ve charged this all day and it will only charge for 10 mins before it won’t even charge anymore it is worthless and the owner would not exchange or give you your money back. It is a complete risk to but anything from here at all now I’m out 50 bucks and I’ve been there a total of 3 times today trying to rationalize with the owner and I’ve only wasted gas money on top of the 50 bucks I spend on this worthless device I’m very disappointed if I could give it zero stars I would.

  All sales are final Recently, I would buy the tips for my seahorse pro here. I spend AT LEAST $15 a week , sometimes double, buying a few at a time) bc they can burn up so fast.... (with consistent use) Ray (who I believe from other reviews is the owner) is always a delight and helpful.. one of the last 2 tips I bought was not functional and sometimes after cleaning it and changing the tip it takes a bit untill u can hit it..... but I went through my entire wax 🫣😵‍💫😫 and still its not working... I put my cartridge on, and it works, so it''s the tip.. not my seahorse. I called to ask if I can bring it in and exchange the tip. They said that.. Usually, all sales are final, but call in the morning, the lady you want to speak to will be in... I doubt I''ll call, bc she may replace this one, but I buy roughly 4-6 a month. I''m not gonna want to have to speak to someone about it when it happens again. Even though its a great place, I''ll probably have to find a place with returns, where I can safely spend my $15- 30 a week on seahorse tips. I go through approx. over 50 tips a year, I''m sure they''ll be atleast a few in there that may need to be returned.
