Have to be one of my favorite smoke shops, the aesthetics of the shop are really nice and on point. James, one of the staff there was super friendly and patient, making sure I found everything I needed. My elderly parents are new to CBD and James took the time to make sure they were comfortable with the product, giving them all the info they wanted before purchasing. In this city that kind of attention the customer service is hard to come by. Best service!
Great place! Staff is always good to attend and product knowledgeable. I come here every so often like a regular, I’m always treated well and first come first serve basis. One particular staff member, James, has always helped me with choices on cigars and products, and they even hand out samples from time to time. But overall, the times of open and close are great and they have a great huge variety of things!! Highly recommended
This is an amazing store! Sophie is an amazing person! She was super cool with me and my family and she is amazing!
Alex was very helpful from the moment I walked in, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Extremely friendly. He gave me the feeling as if I was at a smoke shop that I grew up at and I had only been there once or twice. It''ll definitely be my new smoke shop even though it''s not right by my house. The customer service is worth the extra Drive! Definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended five stars. Ask for Alex !
Awful service. This place won’t last long it’s a shame because I’ve been coming here since the store opened up. But these guys have lost my business forever. I’ll be heading to a different smoke shop right next door to them. And they are way nicer people. Unlike that purple haired larger lady. EDIT: It is a FACT that she’s a larger lady. It’s not calling her a name but rather DESCRIBING who she is so you people know. Take care.
