Bought 2 flum pens. They were fake and probably the kind that is making people sick. Spent $40. My son who used to work at a smoke shop in town verified the pens were no good. My son went there to try to exchange them and they wouldn’t take care of the issue. I’ve spent several hundreds of dollars at their store but will never go back again. Terrible customer service and they sell bad product and when you say tell them they don’t fix the issue. There’s other nicer smoke shops save your money and go elsewhere. Brand new still in the container literally bought them 20 minutes ago and they won’t exchange them.
Don''t go here. They sell fake vapes that don''t work and won''t exchange them unless you open everyone that you buy in the store and try it there. If you scan alot of the vapes you''ll see that they are fake. For the Elf bars they charge like 5$ tax and try to lie and say it''s the government charging all that tax. Go to Spark instead. They charge 25$ out the door. Smokers gifts also charges 2$ plus tax for single black and milds even when the package says 99 cents. Basically they charge whatever they want depending on the customer. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Spark..
Becarfull with the prices, at the payment process they charger a free for use debit card,not recomended this place👎👎👎👎expensive prices and feeds
