I''m giving 4 stars because I''ve been shopping here a very long time and spend a lot of money here across my family. However, I came in and instead of buying the usual disposable vapes, I decided to buy a refillable pod. Maybe I should''ve gone to a shop with more knowledge on these systems. Everything tasted burned out. I''ve come in twice to fix the situation and been blown off and forced to buy another coil to replace the coils that came with the system in less than 24 hours. No offer of a free coil or exchanging the system. I tried the juice on three brand new coils and two different systems and it tastes burned. I offered to let them try it to see I''m not just saying it to say it the second trip and was instead told to just buy new juice. She said juice doesn''t burn but regardless if what she said, there can be a bad batch. Again, I''m in there at least once a week and have brought in multiple new customers in just the last month. You''d think customer service would matter more than a need to be right.
Would not recommend. Over priced, do not disclose any policies, did not provide receipts, employees not helpful nor do they assist with any knowledgeable information on products. Lost $18 for a defective product, was in a rush and didnt have time to read the tiny sign in the direction I was not looking at. Not provided verbal regulations to said product (even though they know it has problems) Store took product back and refused exchange or refund. Not listed in BBB, had to file manual complaint. Was met with a snooty “manager” who was of NO assistance. Was told sign was posted on tinted windows out front. Thoroughly examined store front, with no sign in sight.
I came to your store everyweek but imma stop from now on. Worst customer services ever
My favorite shop. They have everything you need, and the staff has become like family for me. This is my happy place.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought an Elf Bar at the 281 location as a gift for someone, and I thought it was a great deal because they were on "sale" for $20.99. Imagine my embarrassment when I gave the gift, and the recipient noticed the Elf Bar is expired. I don''t live in the city (I live 45 minutes outside of S.A.) so it was hard to get back there to exchange it. I was in the Potranco area on Sunday, so I went to the store on Potranco, and was told that she couldn''t help because the expired vape was sold by the 281 location. So I drove out of my way all the way to the 281 location (since I was in town already), where Kayla offered to exchange it "just this ONE time" for the same item, and she grabbed another Elf bar that was also expired!!! All of the Elf Bars were expired. I had my receipt and it had only been 6 days since I purchased, so I asked if I could exchange it for another brand that wasn''t expired (again, since ALL the Elf Bars were expired). I was even willing to pay the difference if the exchange was more... but she very rudely said no, it had to be the same exact product that she was exchanging, then proceeded to say that their policy is no refunds or exchanges, and that there are signs on the door... I told her that I trusted that they weren''t going to sell me an expired vape and had no plans of returning or exchanging it. If they would have been upfront about the "sale" and that it wasn''t a sale at all, but was discounted because it was expired, I would have been ok with that. But they tried to be sneaky about selling an expired product. Not cool. My son, stepson and their friends all shop here, but no more. We have plenty of other options of vape places that won''t try to rip us off! Also, Kayla said they don''t have a manager and refused to give the owner''s info so I could file a complaint... Shady business they are running.
