This shop has everything! Huge store, friendly & helpful staff and at least 2 more (Morrisville & Willow Grove) locations thus far & they keep popping up with more stores so I’m sure it’ll only be a matter of time before there’s another. Between the large variety of glassware there is also things like papers, cones, lighters, ashtrays, rolling trays, gummies (delta 8 & 9 plus others), scales, flower (delta 8 & 9 that I know of), cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, lottery tickets, drinks, slot machines..plus whatever I am not remembering at this time..take my word, when it comes to a smoke shop, this place is top notch!
Amazing store, amazing people, great customer service and they always have everything I need! I will actually go out of my way to come to this store and see the employees, that’s how amazing their service is! They also have an incredible selection and the employees all know what they’re talking about. If you’re new to vaping or confused/overwhelmed by the selection I highly recommend shopping here! If you happen to go in when Elaina is working make sure to tell her “Hannah says hey” (it’s a running joke) 😉
Awesome shop. Staff is friendly and helpful and they have an amazing variety of great products. Everytime i go in I have a great time chatting with the folks behind the counter. I stop in there often because they’re the only place near me that sells Cannadips. Have already recommended this place to some friends and will absolutely continue to spread the word.
Love the selection and most products have been great. The Staff are MOSTLY very knowledgeable and they are very helpful. Prices are a bit high, but that’s not for the poor review. I’ve spent a lot of money in this shop, pretty much a weekly stop for me dropping anywhere from $100-$200 a week. You would think that a regular customer, spending money each visit, would deserve better treatment when they have an issue. Not the case. I bought a $60 torch lighter, from a well known company that has been good in the past. However, this time, out of the box, it did not work. I filled it with butane, And clicked the trigger. There was no click, nor any spark coming from the ignition mechanism. Unfortunately for me, this was 3 days after I bought the torch, and thus wasn’t something they would help with outside the 2 day return period. My fault, after buying it at 10pm a few days prior, I didn’t rush home and immediately use the torch that I bought. Because of that, they refused to help me with this torch lighter. This is petty stuff, I didn’t expect this from the employees at all. The return period Is not listed anywhere on the receipt or anywhere in the store. the lighter was brand new, and defective from the first time I tried to Use it. They should have swapped it out for me. There’s one other issue I have. There’s a group of like 3 or 4 employees who hang out behind the counter in a cluster on the far end. They’re extremely loud carrying on in some foreign language. As you approach the register to checkout, you would expect one of the 3 or 4 in the cluster would come and ring you up. They don’t, they all make eye contact with you and then continue to talk amongst each other. It’s extremely rude and for these 2 reasons I will no longer be referring other people to shop at infinity, nor will I be shopping there anymore.
