    Go to howling Howell smoke shop beside Kroger all of his e liquids are 12.99 no matter the size the brand or the strength. All coils no matter the brand for a 5 pack is 13.99 an yes they are authentic. I had to come to this place to purchase my e-juice because my car was running extremely rough and I ended up paying $48 for two bottles of eLiquid. This place is a Rip off the staff is nice but way over priced.

    Blonde girl at the counter clearly needs a lesson in customer service. Rolled her eyes because I wanted to exchange a damaged package that I bought 5 seconds before, tried to act like it was a problem for me to grab an undamaged package that was literally the same product in every way. Way to make someone feel uncomfortable and not want to come back.

    The staff is really nice and they have a great selection of cigars for me and my husband! I will be coming back soon!

    Great store! If you need an awesome experience and a knowledgeable staff come here! The manager Josie is super cool and friendly! Byron, Shaine, and Addison can help you with any questions and if they don’t have what you need it’s possible they can order it for you or have something similar in the shop. Do not hesitate to stop in here. They will treat you with respect and can answer all your questions

  • I was sold a defective Lookah Snail device. It came in a box marked "Display" and didn''t have instructions. I brought it back within the guidelines of the return policy, but the guy working at the time refused to accept the return. He told me to come back to speak to the manager between 9-5, which is during MY work schedule. He wouldn''t call her or the owners for a return approval and gave me a really hard time. I''m so disappointed because my family and friends have been long time customers. We know we can get stuff cheaper somewhere else but we choose to support this small business. I feel sorry for Rhonda and Tony because they probably don''t know that he is treating their loyal customers like this.
