Basem is the absolute man! Super friendly, great recommendations, and overall just a joy to shop here! Has some of the greatest priced glass. There’s been multiple times I’ve been short a few dollars and was allowed to still purchase And give them the rest later. I cannot express my satisfaction with a measly 5 stars, this shop deserves 5 quintillion star!!!

I bought a vape last night (it was broken) , I tried to return it today & was told they do NOT exchange nor do refunds. All I wanted was to exchange the vape for another of the same kind. BEWARE, they sell BROKEN JUNK! I''d look elsewhere before coming back to this junkie place! If I could I wouldn''t even give this place a ⭐️!
No knowledge of products, sold me something saying it had what I wanted but was not included. Tobacco in bags always old and dried up. Young man there hits on my gf right in front of me making her feel very uncomfortable. Would never do business there if there were another place nearby, in fact I drive 2 miles further at times to avoid the humiliation. Some employees can''t even speak English so impossible to ask questions on products. A totally bad experience almost every time I shop there. If I could give zero stars I would.
