When I walked in tonight, the salesperson was on the floor behind the register. Doing what, I don''t know. I asked for a pack of hand rolled tobacco like I normally do and the price again has changed. It used to be $11 a pouch. Now it''s $14 a pouch. And the salesperson knew nothing of the different types of tobacco. How is this possible. It''s called The Smokers Choice. I guess I''ll have to start trying to buy online if at all possible within New York State. I do not recommend the shop.
100% good interaction with staff, tho only one employee was on shift and it was very busy. When i asked why the employee was alone they said they were understaffed and i find it hard to believe no one is trying to apply! Had an issue with a product and was told to contact corporate; could not get through for 30 minutes; and when i did was told “there isnt much we could do” for the most part. The store is great not sure so much about the company. Also always out of my Dunhill Reds! How is this possible? They say they are ordering it but they havent been receiving, another corporate issue or are they not ordering them?
They have everything, CBD smokes too. I don''t smoke, my husband does, just hemp or CBD. One of the few places to find that''s awesome!!!
Great employees, always have lots of fun. Staff know me and know I buy the 30ml vapors and that I like to try new ones. Would rate 5 stars however, I buy disposable tanks at 2.99 each usually 2 or 3 at a time. The last 8 I have bought have had mini cracks form as soon as liquid is poured in, or while screwing onto battery- not tightening on, screwing on. I believe they have a bad batch as I''ve been buying them for a year without one bad tank. They will not return or exchange even with my receipt, and even though I spend $80-100 in their shop monthly.

Ryan just sold me two expired products out of 5 I purchased. I was in a hurry and knowing they have an issue of selling expired products I asked him to check and he said it can’t be because we just got it. He lied to my face. I have been coming here from quite sometime and this would definitely be my last visit.
