I bought a 40$ vape on Saturday and Sunday it wouldn''t charge. I work near the place so monday when I went back to work, I stopped in and told them. The guy tried to say they don''t sell the brand I had and when I pointed it out to him he still proceeded to tell him there''s nothing he could do. So now I''m stuck with a $40 cart that''s still completely full because it won''t charge. I''ll take my money elsewhere from now on.
Awesome service! The nice man working there today was so kind, and couldn''t have asked for better! I honestly ran into a angel today! God''s child! Thank you for your kindness it went a long ways!
Language barrier is to hard to get through. The store has lots of items but in pretty sure I got sold a $60 product that is disposable instead of a reuse vape. They don’t have any zero nicotine juice that I could see (I’m a newly quit smoker) and the speaking barrier stood in the way of my getting a straight answer from the younger worker. He’s always very nice unlike the older man who owns or works the store who can come over very rude but I think that’s also just the language barrier causing him to be shed in that kinda light. Think I’ll just drive the 45 mins to planet vapor (which has all kinds of house juices that are 0 nicotine) and make a day outta it because then at least I know I’m getting what I’m getting. I wouldn’t trust buying any juice here because of needing the no nicotine, I just don’t think they can understand English very well. Not their fault.
All I can say is Great…great….great!! I could not have been more satisfied with the amazing service. I went in to check a price on vape and the gentleman was so helpful and kind. I ended up buying the vape and I will always buy there now!!
