This is for the new location at 520 wicks lane. Friendly staff and the walk in humidor is a great addition for cigar smokers. Small selection of glass pipes and with the new store new items being added to the store inventory.

Great place I might only make it to Billings once a month but they have never let me down on a special order that I pick up every month

Very friendly atmosphere and great customer service now that they have a new crew in there under Shane, and he makes it all work wonderfully! I bought a safe which was broke and returned it, he replaced it no questions asked he could tell. I LOVE the NEW CREW ON CENTRAL THEY ARE GREEAAT!!!

Was at the Heights store for this stop. Very surprised that they were allowing customers in without masks even though the sign on the doors clearly states "masks are required to enter the store". But more surprising...none of the employees were wearing masks either. Only two stars for this visit.
