  I was very impressed by the selection, but what really stood out to me was the service. It was great to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect where at other places I had become used to being rushed out or treated rudely. It was very obvious to me that they care about their business, are very knowledgeable about their products, and value their relationship with their customer. That is the reason I’m writing this review. My new go-to.

  I came in today and was very impressed. I’ve been vaping for a while, but still had questions about some of the products. The guy that helped me was very patient and answered all of my questions, and the prices are reasonable too. This is my new vape shop.

  I would love to leave a great review about this business this is my first time shopping here it says 11am open its 11:15am no activity I was hoping to be in and out but was never able to get it

  I came across this smoke shop after encountering such a terrible experience with Beyondd Vapes and Smoke Shop that’s right down the street from this one (check out my review on them so you can switch to this shop). We told smoke pro about the other shop’s rude behavior towards us and they made us feel very welcomed. Everyone in there was so nice. My plan wasn’t to buy anything at all, due to the fact that I was just taking a friend to get something. Their genuine hospitality caused me to buy a couple of things happily. In the end, they generously gave all of my friends, including myself, a free lighter. It’s so cute and it even has Las Vegas all over it. This is now my favorite smoke shop and I will definitely be returning customer!
