  Ology= the "study of"... Can''t express your Truth to these people without getting Reprimanded. If you don''t Agree with a consumer, there''s a more Professional way of Expressing it. Thanks for unprofessionalism and ignorance of not "Knowing" your own products. Smoke "ologist".

  Me and my wife there last trying to buy cigars cool I walk in the cigars is in a room by it self we asked can we go in the room The guy at the counter said yes so me and wife was talking about the different in the cigars we walk out A man came from the back and accuse me of stealing asked me to dump my coat out so I did did not have no cigars in my coat but he said he watched me on the camera putting it in my coat but would not run the cameras back to see where they were they dumped my purse out and I had no cigars in there I do not like to go to a place where you accuse somebody of stealing if you’re gonna have a cigar room you should have someone in there to help

  I’ve been a regular at smokeology for about a year now. They always have what I need and if they don’t have exactly what I’m looking for, the staff is always able to recommend the next best available product. Very friendly staff that is always well informed on their products.
