  I went in and bought 2 bongs for my wife for Christmas. So when I got home I didn’t take them out of the bubble wrap, I just wrapped them and stuck them under our tree. I let my wife open one early and it was cracked (on the inside) where the stem meets the base. I called the store and explained the situation and was only offered a 30% discount on my next purchase and told they only do refunds/returns within either 24 or 48 hrs. The staff at the store were nice and answered any questions I had. I would definitely go back and check out more stuff, I was just kind of disappointed as I was sold a cracked piece and the best they could do is 30% off my next purchase.

  Customer service is all over the place, it’s either outstanding or horrible. Usually the latter. The payment process is like pulling teeth. I provided the necessary information along with matching names as well as a military ID and my drivers license, (like I had done before) after all of this I was instructed I needed to call my husband to see if I could spend OUR money. He was confused and thought our card wasn’t working- I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Would definitely recommend. Have been here twice and have been happy both times. Each time I have been in the store I have been helped by someone knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a glass water piece for herb. It got knocked off a table and broke. I mentioned that in the store and received 30% off my new purchase. Which I thought was super cool. And is something offered to every customer. They offer a variety of products from vape to CBD. Give them a visit. I’m confident you will be pleased with your experience.

  Amazing shop, super clean, very friendly staff. The only people leaving one star reviews are the ones that get mad the second things don’t go their way the tiniest bit, or lie about what happened with their product and trying to get one over on the store. I just got out of the army and wanted some CBD to help with joint pain and anxiety, they helped me ALOT with choosing what products were right for me. Love this place, wish some of the idiots that try some sly stuff would just stay away.

  Absolutely the worst shop I''ve seen for customer service & general staff knowledge. Believe all the 1 star reveiws. Staff sold me several items separately to work together. They did not, on (4) separate occasions. One item breaking immediately & the others not functional. All while they had a full kit I could have purchased first thing on the shelf. This is all very easy in metrics and anatomy as well(1mm, 2mm & male/female) I''ve now wasted $50+, several trips & my time on multiple occasions and I still do not have a functional item. Here''s the crazy part: Went to take the last piece back that they just sold me the night before that did not work. I was informed they could only give me store credit despite me being refunded cash previously? I accepted the store credit but it has to be used the same day and they do not have the correct product in stock? I had to walk out the disrespect & rudeness had reached my limit. Now I have even more paperweights. All of this infront of another customer I happen to know, he was also shocked & will no longer be shopping here after seeing this exchange. Also, the stores staff knowledge about any of their products is mind blowing. They don''t even know basic terminology or any other basic information. I''ve watched YouTube videos for a week and feel like I know much more.....so much so I was offered a job in one of these exchanges. They also will not discuss prices, availability or even basic questions on the phone, you must come into the store. I was even misquoted a price (3) times for a very expensive Puffco item. It was a $100+ price difference? Just wow, stay away. It''s all still Chinese glass and I guarantee it''s cheaper online with better customer service. They just rely on the location to funnel in students. Even scarier is the fact that they sell consumables products, or is that why they don''t want to talk on the phone? Above the legal limit I''m sure.
