Andy, was very helpful. i was satisfied when i left. i came in for body and burning oils and left with oils and a vape. The store was very clean and he gave me his undivided attention. i left with all smiles and a happy customer. i will return and i do recommend this shop. Thank you Andy your customer service skills is A+.
Prices are ok, but the items do not always work and are difficult to return. On top of this, the store rarely opens on time. If asked the staff will insist it opens at 8 but I haven’t seen this happen often. More often the store opens at some random time between 8:30 and 10. I would go elsewhere if you want to go to a smoke shop early.
Andy and Aundrea are awesome to deal with! Both make sure the products I want in the quantity I need are there when I want and need them. In response to the other reviews, the store does smell like tobacco, after all it is a smoke shop! Duh!
I have been coming to this vape shop for a while now, and I must say the customer service I get when I walk in is amazing. They don''t see us as customers we "the customers" feel more like friends when we get greeted. Love these guys. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff and great selection.
