  So I bought a few vapes a few days ago. Brand new in box. I used one. I go to open a new flavor and it’s all leaking. I go to try and return it and they deny me and they know I’m a loyal customer. But it shows they don’t care about their customers or customer service. Heads up. They may have fakes so stay away and check your products!

  I stood at the counter for 7 minutes, the girl working sat in front of me texting on her phone blatantly ignoring me.all the vape juice is behind the counter,so you need an employee who actually cares your there to spend your money Terrible never go back.if you want a great vape shop go to cool vapes on mcknight road

  Prices were high on vapes. They gave me a free vape with purchase. It was expired, which I didn''t realize until after I tried it and it tasted nothing like the description. I''m not complaining, just being informative as it seemed like an incentive to balance the higher prices of the other items purchased.

  We were not impressed at all! Nothing had prices on it so when we asked how much somthing was & were told a ridiculously high price we both said wow. Then the price miraculously dropped $15 which was still way too high. It just felt like they''re going to charge you whatever they feel like based off of how much they think you can afford, lame. We won''t be back. Edit: In reply to the owner, customers should not have to rely on social media posts for pricing and "deals". Any reputable business actually puts prices on their items so it''s not a guessing game.
