  I purchased an exotic product on Saturday night around 9pm. I Went home went to bed and it was either empty or not working properly when I woke up. I called the store and the person was AWFUL to me and just wouldn’t listen and just dismissed me. I went ahead and went into the store I purchased the product from ( I use to come here often- I’ve spent hundred of dollars with what I now would call LOW LIFES. The worker seemed nice at first and I explained the situation and shows her pending transaction. It had only been 12 hours. Then she made a few phone calls and she refused to help me, saying I should have comeback last night. I didn’t know it broken! I spoke to the other manger again and he called me a LIAR. I am stopping both pending charges with this company and I would recommend you go to Royal Vape on Campbell or the other Vape store on Fort and Sunshine. These people are kind and do great business. STAY AWAY FROM SMOKER VILLAGE - SCAM ARTIST with absolutely no human decency or customer service skills whatsoever. BAD BUSINESS ************

  It''s nice to be able to get my cheaper brand late at night but the customer service left a lot to be desired. The gambling machines also don''t seem to be drawing in the most desirable clientele either.

  They are reasonably priced and I''ve had pretty good luck on their machines.
