Stopped for a disposable vape which I never buy and am not familiar with. The lady behind the counter quickly assessed my need, offered several products at different price points, and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes. KUDOS Smoke Town for your obvious emphasis on customer service!
BEWARE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU REPEATEDLY! I''m having a fun time communicating with my bank to figure out what''s going on. They charged me a total of five times, but after the first two, my bank cut them off. I had to file a dispute with my bank. I''ve never had an issue with them before, so I''m sure it''s just a hiccup, but you need to be on the lookout. I do not have a problem with the owner, he is a great guy, but whoever is running the books over there needs to be fired. They own the LIQUOR TOWN right next door, and they also double charged me... at least it wasn''t 5 times.
Really nice employees here. The girl who works at night is awesome but every single time i have visited everyone has been super friendly and helpful
The location is in a good place. Off of Preston Hwy. Lots of people travel this road.

Woman locked doors to go next door, states they sale the same wraps at the liquor store. They only carry the 2 packs of zig zags in the liquor store, but they have the 4 packs in the smoke shop. She tells me they don''t have 4 packs when they most definitely do. I try to show her, and she refuses to listen, so I tell her I won''t be back but yes, I''m looking thru the window at the item I wanted! Terrible way to treat customers. Usually, this is a good spot, but now I won''t be back due to her rudeness!!!
