Used to be a great shop, apparently they changed who does the ordering and since then they will have at most 1 bottle of the juice I usually get, I used to buy 2-3 at a time regularly because I don''t want to come to the shop more frequently than necessary but since they apparently don''t want to provide what I want I''ll be going to another shop from now on. Sad. The staff are super friendly but management doesn''t seem to know how a business works.
I frequent this shop often! Abigail always does a stellar job, going out of her way helping me and or attending to my needs as a customer, as always. SmokTokZ is my GO2 store for anything Vape related! They always have good recommendations and always end up making me spend more money and never I''ve never regretted it! Always able to answer any and all questions I may have. Stellar level of customer service with easy communication and approachable employees, at both of the locations I visit!
The girl who closes (short brownish hair) I can’t remember her name, was a great help tonight she took apart my vape and cleaned it and put my new coil and juice in it for me. She’s great!
I frequent this shop and I am a rewards member. I had a problem with a recent purchase and they were super helpful when I went back. This is the best vape shop around!! Customer service is awesome and they have a nice selection of products. I won''t go anywhere else:) *I wanted to add what an outstanding employee ROBERT is. He is a pro at his job! I''m always so thankful when I walk in and he is there. He knows his stuff! I''ve been coming here for years and I won''t go anywhere else. :) **One more shout out! I just went in and HEATHER was working. She is wonderful and really knows her stuff. Today she had a line of people - it was super busy. But HEATHER didn''t let it show. She still had a smile on her face and treated each customer with care. I love this place!

I just had to make a last minute stop; and I couldn’t have been luckier than to run into Heather; who helped answer all my questions.
