They need to update their hours and turn off the sign if they are closed. I drove over based off their site hours and doors were locked but open light was on. Hard to give a decent review if you can''t get in the store.
We stopped by Smoke Source last night from a recommendation from Discount Hookah in Dunn Lo. Came in looking for a nice heady beaker glass piece. Elizabeth was super helpful, my wife is super picky and Elizabeth helped us find exactly what we needed. Fantastic customer service and a great shop for real smokers 🙏🏻

If I could give 20 stars I would! Today I went in and the customer service was phenomenal! The woman there was helpful and friendly. It was refreshing and they have a super amazing supply of stickers and they should start selling them because they are amazing. Keep up the good work! ❤
PSA!!!!! I’ve worked in the vape shop industry for 4 years and I must say this is the worst vape store in the DMV. I have been going here since they opened as i live right next door and I must say, their customer service (or should i say the lack of) has gotten outrageous. Specifically the heavier African American lady. She has the WORST attitude. The second I walked in she rolled her eyes and did not even stand up to help me. She looked as if she couldn’t be bothered to do ANYTHING! I have never seen someone just sitting at a cash register on their phone… let alone when there are customers needing and asking for assistance. She was as extremely rude and made me feel as though i was interrupting her…. when it’s quite literally her job to help customers (i would know). On top of all this, they sold me a defective (overly priced) vape. Do yourself a favor and spend your time and money elsewhere. If you’re in the area there is a tobacco king down the street and a tobacco hut as well. BOTH of these stores have always treated me kindly (and you’ll usually get a discount!)
