Im a frequent customer. Went in and sat there waiting while the girl had some dude talking extremely inappropriately on speaker on the phone. Not only did she walk by me, she went and started working on something else in the store while I had been standing there, without saying a word to me. Will not be back.

Good place to shop, they have just right amount of product. They’re actually open till 10 pm.
Be careful buying disposable vapes here. I purchased several that were defective. If you open the vape in the store and show that it is defective before leaving, the staff usually replaces the vape. In my particular cases, the vapes worked OK for a few puffs (was supposed to last approximately 1500+ puffs), and because i left the store with the vape it was unable to be returned. The store manager urged me to reach out to the manufacturer, which was nice of her to suggest. I was hoping to go through an RMA process with the manufacturer and have the defective vapes replaced. The vape clearly had plenty of fluid left, so I was sure that the battery must have died during production or transit. However When I looked up the vape model in order to reach out to the disposable vape manufacturer (Mr. Fog), I found out that the many of the particular models that i had bought at this shop were actually low quality chinese made knockoffs that sell for around 3-4 dollars each when sold in bulk to businesses or individuals. If I hadn''t reached out to Mr. Fog about the issue, I probably never would have realized that the vapes that I have been buying for 20 dollars each are actually chinese knockoffs that sell for 3-4 dollars (lower quality/more prone to being defective and potentially more health hazardous) I really didn''t want to write up this negative review. The employees and manager/owner of the shop seemed very courteous prior to this happening. As a long-time customer who has spent hundreds (if not thousands) on disposable vapes at this shop, it rubbed me the wrong way when the manager absolutely refused to replace my vape. I understand from a business standpoint that people could potentially take advantage of returning a vape to get a new one. However, I''ve always been completely honest with the shop and paid full markup price (despite witnessing firsthand store staff and management fronting people vapes with promises to pay for them later), so it rubbed me the wrong way when the manager (who has probably seen me hundreds of times in the store) refused to replace my defective vape; especially since I later found out that the vape is a chinese knockoff being sold for 500 to 600 percent markup. For a long time I really liked this shop because of the convenience. The past good service from staff the only reason I''m giving two stars instead of one.

I wish I could leave no stars. I bought a elf bar for it not to work. Be careful when you buy them. I go to see what they can do and get told NOTHING CAN BE DONE. SPENT MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT DONT WORK. WONT GO THERE AGAIN.
