The owner sold me a broken product and refused to exchange it. I came back after 1 minute once I opened and tested it and he initially refused to give me a refund. Once the other girl working confirmed the thing was broken he reluctantly agreed to a refund, but then he refused to sell me anything else OR exchange it! He yelled at the girl working there about not wanting to make a refund. He yelled at her for asking to sell me a different brand. I left with a broken device. Not worth my time to argue with such a rude person over selling me a faulty product. Honestly don’t know how he still is in business. Awful attitude. Awful service. Waste of my money.

DO NOT GO HERE! Owner sold me a defective vape product then argued with me about it for 10 minutes and ultimately refused to give me my money back. Go to “Aroma Avenue Vape” right down the street for a much better experience!

The guy could be rude and quick to get to get u out the door. Also he gets mad if u call an item by a wrong name but for the most part the prices are pretty fair with most smoke shops.
