Horrible service and cheap smoking supplies. Sold me a wax pen Monday night . Woke up to it not working I go in so they can help me fix it. The guy recognized me. Then I let him know my concerns and says it wasn''t him who sold me the product. it was another guy. I understand the non return policy but pretending to like you all of a sudden know nothing when I addressed my concerns is what''s going to stop me from coming back. Poor and inhumane
Cool place good customer service came in and got a second opinion on which bong to get. Very Happy with my purchase this place is recommended 10/10
Came in Today,Place was super cool and the worker was really chill and gave us the rundown of all the best devices.Definetly gonna come back to this place -5 stars
First time there. Wanted to check the prices of different brands. But the guy Didn’t even want to listen to what I was going to say. He said he want to close the store and it’s a drive thru and all that as if I was there to get free stuff. Bad customer service.

The owner of this smoke shop is the most kindhearted, giving, friendly, knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth, Guy around. He knows his products, he’s a family guy, and animal lover, and that makes the experience and atmosphere in this smoke shop better than any in my opinion. His selection rocks, but he’s also just a very cool person who makes you feel welcome, and like you are part of his family. Amazing smoke shop, I won’t be going anywhere else besides here.
