Well depending on who’s working you can always bank on a different experience! Bill(Owner) is genuine great caring guy who goes out of his way for his customers and his manager/employee Justin, is “Aces”! Always smiling and constantly on top of everything from fixing gaming issues & customer service to being a friendly talkative guy. Theres a few other part timers that are also pleasant and great @ customer service. Now…… As for the Bills(owner) brother….. He’s a direspectful angry AAAAA-HOLE who cares nothing of any clientele! He is a judgemental, and ignorant as they come. Always looking to argue and even go as far as entice and provoke verbal insults that could eventually lead to a possible physical altercation with the wrong individual. The last employee is Chris. He’s a Dorky kid w/ glasses. Always miserable and constantly complaining about nothing & everything. He does absolutely nothing. I mean the guy can’t even say “Hi”most days. At the end of the day I will alway point the public and friends here for the vast collection of Smokers delight devices and their fine tobacco products as well as the plethora of Skills games(8/9) they offer. As well as……. Where else can you find a cool local joint open 24hrs? Nowhere I No of. So stop on by and enjoy all there is to offer!
The dude that helped me out with my vape purchase was very helpful. Only downside was that the dude didn''t mention the vape kit had no batteries and they don''t have a working phone you can call for questions. Recommend visiting this store.
