This is a wonderful shop. They know me personally and know my products. They respect their customers each and individually. Wonderful people.

They are always helpful, greet me and other respectful customers warmly, and they make sure they have my particular rolling tobacco in stock or can get it within a few days on the rare occasion they run out. Any issues I''ve ever had with products gets discounted at that time and resolved by the following visit.

A while ago, the cashier refused to let me buy any incense simply because I was only able to pay with coins. Not only is refusal of legal tender a federal crime, but the cashier was very rude and unprofessional.

Always on the phone and the place smells like incense. The Man who is usually there is very rude and cussed at Me! I''ll never go back there and neither do My neighbors!! Rude!! Everyone I know has had a bad experience with Him! NEVER AGAIN!!
