Never buy Kratom here or anything else for that matter it’s way over priced and if the owner isn’t their the other employees can’t count 3 +3 =6oz for the same price of 8 oz . I’ll drive to lancaster before I drive here which is 5 min from my house lanc is 25….. attached photo is the bag I bought from Sunoco on rorherstown road in lanc…. Priced perfectly ! Your prices suck and so does your Kratom !! Sorry not sorry

He is so expensive it’s disgusting!!!! His Luto Vip Box are suppose to have 5000 puffs and only lasted 2 days… I get them in Lancaster at the Getty and pay 20.00 and they last almost a month.
Decent members of staff, though their product / product-quality-control is significantly more poor than every other location licensed to sell nicotine products. I have, and so have colleagues and friends, continually been left unsatisfied with our purchases at Smoke & Chill. Any and every single vaporization device purchased there by myself or those previously referenced has lasted, at a maximum, 72 hours - even the rechargeable devices go faulty after a few hours, having not been adequately filled with vaporizer juice. Until they can get their quality control corrected, or at the very least start purchasing decent products, I will not be spending any time or money at this location.
Return policy is the absolute worst. Was mislead into buying the wrong smok vape when I had a bunch of pods for a different model. Direct asked if this would work with the new devise I was getting. Was not even out of the parking lot and they wouldn''t let me exchange for the correct devise. Came here for years but never again.
