Terrible customer service. Sold me a defective product, brought it back & the worker looked at me like i was dumb & says " looks like it''s working perfectly fine to me" as if we''re lying. I used to go here all the time & stopped bc of how rude they are. Never going back now . Learn how to speak to your customers.
Bought a faulty product, that didn''t work, went to return it, and their motto was "buy at your own risk price" granted the product is cheaper then usual, but you still run a business, very disappointed with this mindset

Kyle is amazing! Everytime I come there he answers any questions I have and makes my shopping experience enjoyable. The smoke shop itself is also great. They have almost everything you can think of and the prices are good as well.
