Typically my go to smoke store and I love it here but I called to ask if they had an atomizer for a puffco peak and on the phone the lady told me they just got some in stock. So I arrive about 30 minutes after my phone call endef and the lady who was assisting me told me whoever I was on the phone with lied to me about the product being in stock. I typically wouldn''t be upset if I just showed up and they didn''t have what I was looking for but since I called in advance; was told they have it and was lied too I wasted a 15 minute drive for absolutely nothing. It''s okay to not have a product in stock but to lie about it and have me drive down here and waste my time just to be told I was lied to by a store employee is just unacceptable
Best smoke shop in Knoxville! The fantastic atmosphere, the huge friendly welcome upon entry, the organization and HUGE selection of products, competative pricing paired with daily sales and discounts ensures you finding something(s) to take home! Great smiling staff makes you feel comfortable but also welcome. They have every piece you could ever be on the hunt for. Recommending to everyone as I hope the word spreads quickly about this smokers paradise. A real unicorn of a glass shop.
They have a large variety. I guess it''s due to the college students. But usually if you looking for anything to do with kratom vape or whatever else they got it''s pretty decent.
Best vape and glass shop around! I recently moved from Michigan to Alcoa and was so happy when I found out about Smoke Rings being 20 mins away. I always shopped at Wild Side in MI which is, from my understanding, the parent company. The staff is always super friendly and eager to help. Huge selection of vapes and glass. 10/10 highly recommend stopping in and checking them out!
