  Place is great when it''s open. Their hours mean nothing though, so prep to make a run elsewhere when coming here.

  My boyfriend and I absolutely 💕Loved💕 this smoke shop! You could say we are "water pipe" enthusiasts, so we visit smoke shops everywhere we can.. eventually they all seem to feel and look about the same; not this one though! They were welcoming and friendly even before they knew we were going to spend hundreds of dollars. Their selection is slightly on the modest side, but they''re phenomenally priced!! Even though the selection is slim, the products are A-1! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for good, reasonably priced p🤑🤓👏

  Second time in recent months where I’ve taken an hour out of my Saturday to have a walk and go to the vape store and when I’ve arrived there’s a small sign in the window letting me know they are closed. Most people always check google for hours before they go anywhere, so it might be a good idea to change hours on google if you decide to not open on a specific day so we don’t waste our time.

  My experience was well cold. Folks running the place either can''t don''t or won''t speak to the customer unless the customer asks a question and then it''s a very short cold response. My boyfriend bought me a really cool lighter from smoke plus. The 3rd. time I used it it quit working so he took it back and exchanged it. Gave it to me and when it came time to refill it it wouldn''t refill. Again he went back to the shop and the man and woman behind the counter were very unprofessional. The gentleman told my boyfriend no more returns or exchanges, the lighter cost 25.00 so he''ll ya it''s getting replaced with a new one. The owner finally gave in and gave him a replacement lighter but they are cold and unprofessional, if you live in America then treat people right. We''re all in this together or so we thought. We won''t be shopping there again. To bad, it''s conveniently located not bad prices but the customer care is a minus 1.

  Never have my favorite insents in stock and one day I arrived 7:49pm and they were locking front door and leaving and they close at 8:00pm. Lost my business. This is not how you do business.
