Honestly great service, the old man who works there is so friendly and kind always greets me with a smile only reason I go. Other workers can be alittle rude and lag on the store when they say they''ll be back at certain times during their break also leaving the open sign on miss leading customers to think it''s open during their break. Over all it''s a nice little smoke shop just needs better employees with alittle more responsibility.
Do not buy any vape product from here. The owner doubles the price of most products. Then he tries to tell you it''s because you''re not paying for shipping fair enough to add a extra 10 bucks max but doubling the price? Cmon. I bought a Smok procolor kit after buying a Smok Alien kit that was broken right out the box, from here and I noticed the Extra Coil that''s supposed to come with the Kit isn''t in the box. They Denied that they took it out but the back of the box clearly says one comes pre-installed and that there''s a extra triple coil replacement. Not only that but you need batteries that are also double the price. Then to top it off you need vape juice which is 20 Bucks for the smallest vape bottle available. I cannot say enough how much of a rip of this store is. Unless you''re buying Cigs, or chips. Do not waste your money here. The Vape shop across the street in the Vallarta Plaza is also owned by the same people. Avoid at all cost.
I came to this store yesterday and they sold me two counterfeit Puff Plus devices which they obviously passed off as real and sold to me for full price. Who knows what else there is counterfeit don’t give these people your money!!!
Overpriced owner not willing to negotiate. Bad business!
