Love this place. The gentleman working here is by far the best customer service I have ever received. Great prices. Very kept up and clean store. Friendly staff. And a huge selection!! Must check them out!!!

Very nice atmosphere with a lot to choose from . The man working was very helpful and adamant about making sure we were buying the correct accessories for our vapes. They also have very affordable prices. We will definitely be reoccurring customers ! :D
There are fake reviews trying to make this place look bad. Smoke Land is the best!! They have so much of everything. Also, kind enough to find a product if they don’t have it. This is the only vape shop I go to now. Perfect service every time. They have almost everything! Check them out!

I recently visited Smoke Land and Vape in Norman and was incredibly disappointed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a foul odor that lingered in the air. It was clear that the store''s cleanliness was severely lacking. To make matters worse, the employees emerged from the back barefoot and with visibly dirty hands. This not only displayed a complete lack of professionalism but also raised concerns about hygiene and sanitation standards. It''s unacceptable for staff to present themselves in such a manner when dealing with customers. Furthermore, I have serious doubts about the products they offer meeting new state laws. This is a major concern, as it indicates a lack of compliance and care for the well-being of their customers. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the rude and dismissive service I received throughout my visit. It''s disheartening to spend hard-earned money at a place where you''re treated with such disrespect. Given this experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to Smoke Land and Vape, even if it''s the only option in the area. I would strongly caution others to consider their options carefully before patronizing this establishment. In fact, I''m seriously considering giving up vaping altogether rather than subjecting myself to such a dismal experience again.
