  I recently visited here, eager to explore their selection of smoking accessories and enjoy a pleasant shopping experience. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment as I discovered that this smoke shop was anything but budget-friendly. The first thing that struck me upon entering the store was the exorbitant prices. From glass pipes to rolling papers, every item seemed to come with a hefty price tag that left me questioning the value of my purchase. While I understand that quality often comes at a cost, the prices here felt unjustifiably steep. The selection, though extensive, did little to compensate for the high prices. While they boasted a variety of products, ranging from premium vaporizers to unique smoking accessories, the price point made it difficult to appreciate the diversity of their offerings. I found myself constantly second-guessing whether the items were truly worth the investment. Moreover, the customer service failed to enhance the overall experience. The staff, although polite, seemed more interested in making a sale than genuinely assisting customers. When I inquired about lower-priced alternatives, I was met with a lack of enthusiasm and was ultimately left to navigate the store on my own.

  Asking questions about their products seemed to be a grave offense in the eyes of the employees. Instead of offering assistance, they responded with curt, condescending remarks that left me feeling unwelcome and belittled. It''s astonishing that a business can operate with such utter disregard for basic customer respect. The pinnacle of this atrocious experience occurred at the checkout counter. The cashier''s disdain for customers was evident in every transaction. My attempt at small talk was met with a cold silence, and it was abundantly clear that my presence was an inconvenience to them. In a retail environment where customer satisfaction should be a top priority, this place has managed to redefine the depths of rudeness. I cannot fathom how a business can thrive with such a toxic customer service culture. Save yourself the emotional distress and avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other smoke shops that appreciate their customers and understand the importance of basic human decency.

  My recent experience athereleft much to be desired, as their refusal to exchange a defective disposable product showcased a lack of customer-centric service. Upon purchasing a disposable vape from here, I encountered functionality issues almost immediately. Hoping for a quick and hassle-free resolution, I approached the staff with my concern. However, to my dismay, I was met with resistance as they flatly refused to exchange the defective item. The staff''s refusal seemed unjustified, especially considering that the product was clearly defective and within a reasonable timeframe for returns. The lack of willingness to address the issue left me frustrated and questioning the integrity of their customer service. In addition to the refusal, the overall attitude of the staff was indifferent and unhelpful. Instead of seeking a satisfactory solution, I was met with apathy, creating an unpleasant experience that failed to uphold even the most basic expectations of customer service.

  Amazing customer service. Camry quite literally saved my boyfriends life while in the store getting snacks out to help his diabetes. Nate was also extremely helpful. You guys are rad.
