Very bad customer service. Got there way before closing time and they already had everything turned off, we knocked and told us that they already closed.
Practical but not your one stop shop for vapes. I was sold my unit in this location, great! Beautiful Geek Vape vape, but what about filters? What about replacement pieces? Nothing! Not even the salt liquids. Definitely not a loyal customer retention place. I’ll stick to my awesome smoke shops in Bayamón. They have everything I need and the customer service is so much better!! Thanks for my awesome vape though.
This place has awesome CBD products. The price for the CBD is very reasonable. I gave them 3 stars because I purchased a vaporizer and it gets so hot you can''t put your lips on it. Buyer beware...they do not exchange or refund your money. Their policy is if you purchase an electronic device and it doesn''t work you have to deal with manufacturer...not a good deal for customers. Owner doesn''t deal directly with customers, never returned my call. The staff is lovely and the store is clean.

Great customer service! The gentleman and lady who helped us with vapes and cigars were patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed our experience and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get anything they offer (eg. Cigars, wraps, capes, bongs, etc)- thank you!
