I thought it would be smart to come here and I was wrong. The person there last night was nice but I bought something and it broke within the very first use and I came straight to the shop to try and find some help. They wouldn’t even help in anyway but “maybe” 10%. I get it but I feel like if you sell something and the buyer comes back after using it just once or not at all and tells you it broke you should be able to help the customer correctly. A quick swap or definite discount (that will make a difference) so bc of that I wont be returning. They don’t care much about a customer returning as you can tell. They don’t want regulars or people to feel like purchasing here is better than the other 20 stores near by… it’s another sad smoke shop and i can also see other people in the reviews agreeing. thanks for not even being helpful with at least even getting me a new one to purchase and leave with… p.s. on my way to find better service haha….

Will sell you fake elf bars and not give your money back even when you’ve opened it right in front of them. EDIT (since I can’t reply to owner): I did ask for my money back or for an exchange AT LEAST and the employee, don’t know if it was the owner, refused to do either of those options. At this point, I don’t care, it’s just a warning for others.
They sell fake vapes and they are supposed to be 0% nicotine in some of their vapes which one of the employees told us that they switch the stickers from 5% to 0% so there are no 0% nicotine

I was sold a fake elf bar last week. Side by side comparison with every other elf bar is proof enough. The font is wrong, the flavor is wrong, the light is the wrong color and in the wrong place. Wasted money. At first I thought it was an honest accident but after finding out other people were also sold fakes it’s safe to say I won’t be buying from here again.
