Best vape shop in the valley. Prices for vape devices used to be high a couple years ago but they''re now more in line with online prices. Large selection of juices. Plus they also have all your regular cigarettes, dab rigs + nectar collectors, glass tubes and torches.
After manufacturing selling and distributing various vape products since 2012 and visiting thousands of vape shops/manufactures/distributors I have never been to one with such poor service. I would say maybe I''m off because I have been out a few years, but I still have family and friends running shops all over the country and locally. Either the 510 on my mod or the tank is stripped 99.9% sure it was the tank. Before buying a tank I asked if they had any old tank, 510 connection etc that I could check with to make sure I didn''t need a new mod. Answer was a hard no, no look around not even a sorry about that we''re the only vape shop in America that doesn''t. Funny part is they lost a $60.00 or so sale on a tank and if the mod was striped they lost a $250+ sale on a device. If you''re not going to provide good customer service at least be nice about it. End rant, stick to a real vape shop if you want vape products.
People working there are friendly. Downside is the amount of homeless hanging out in the area. You don''t feel very safe. Most of the homeless encountered have severe mental illness and need help.
Dwight and Joe were very helpful, kind and courteous. They answered all my vaping questions and helped select the right flavors for me to enjoy. I highly recommended this store to anyone who vapes!!! The prices are extremely fair. A++++
They sold me an open container of tobacco that powders as soon as you touch it and will not exchange it. Obviously it has been open for a week if not months. El Mondo does not like to talk to customers but I can come back and speak to the manager 3 days from now! Good job guys
