  Their inventory is absolutely TERRIBLE. The consistency just isn''t there at all. When what I buy runs out it never gets replenished, you''re stuck waiting months for what you want to be available. This is the closest location to my house, I have to drive all the way to either beach boulevard or Roosevelt just to get what I want because like I said.. they barely ever replenish stock in the THC-O flower when it''s sold out.

  I love this shop! I live locally and frequent here often. Lexy is my favorite store associate. I highly recommend her if you ever need help. She''s very knowledgeable, has great customer service skills and always keeps the store immaculate, organized, smelling wonderfully and most of all welcoming. She''s the reason why I keep coming back. Thanks for all you do Lexy, you''re the best!!! ❤️🤙🤗

  This is a terrible establishment. I went in one day and saw that they had the Super Nintendo Mini consoles, I was SUPER excited and couldnt wait to get my hands on one. In fact, I bought one for myself and one for my best friend. I opened one the next day and noticed that the colors looked a bit off and it wasnt an HDMI or Nintendo brand as the packaging would suggest. I thought maybe the games would at least play the same but unfortunately these arent even 16-bit games. They have 400 games included, several that are repeated and knock offs. The color schemes and graphics in the games are off. The controller has serious lag input and the start buttons dont work. You cannot have any sort of save file and its just a piece of garbage. Its not even the regular NES in sheep''s clothing, its GARBAGE in sheep''s clothing. I used to love smoke city and how they treated their customers, but taking advantage of people in such a way is absolutely ridiculous. They are knowingly false advertising to their customers and charging 50 bucks a piece for something you can get for less than 30 bucks on ebay. They didnt even sound concerned or interested that the product they gave me was 1- wrong and 2- faulty. This shows serious lack of care for their customers, the people who keep THEM in business. I called the store to inform them, in case it was an oversight on their part. I was SHOCKED when the cashier informed me that they knew they were knock offs. I was told "Yeah, theres really nothing we can do about that...we have a no return policy and it was already opened." 1. I see why you have a no return policy, you sell garbage items dressed up as something they arent just to get people to walk out the door so you dont have to sit in the STENCH of the terrible products you sell. 2. You need to be UP front with your customers when they think a product is something else. There needs to be a label stating that this is a knock off and that is doesnt work, because thats whats TRUE about this awful thing. 3. Learn some customer service. Regardless of your intentions selling this knock off, the damn things DONT WORK. You cant even get enjoyment out of the darn things because the start buttons dont work. The only way to get back to the home screen to get to another game is to turn the device on and off again. WHO DESIGNED THAT?? 4. Even if I dont get my money back I will spread the word to EVERY single person about what kind of establishment you run, that preys on the unsuspecting customers. How can I trust you to sell me or anyone else in Jacksonville expensive glass pieces or other products and inform us about them when I cant even trust you. This isnt about not referring this to my friends and family, its about going BEYOND to ensure people know about what terrible customer service and ethics you drive your company with. I will no longer be giving any of my money to smoke city and I really hope no one else does either.

  I rarely ever post reviews as I am far too lazy and uninterested to, but I had the most pleasant experience ever with Kale and I had to write one because he really went above and beyond. His knowledge on glass and all the products at Smoke City in general was extremely impressive and made my visit so much easier. He knew exactly what he was talking about and even took the time and went as far as to educate me fully as well. He was so patient and just great. Any bad experience I may have ever had at Smoke City has been completely made up for thanks to this one visit with Kale. 5/5 on all fronts for Smoke City and this location thanks to employees such as this!

  The young ladies that work in this store are completely rude and act like they don''t want to even be there. They''re prices are double any smoke shop in the area as well.
