  Bought a battery that wasn’t working with any of the cartridges I purchased it for and I didn’t realize the company’s policy was no refund and no exchange untill I walked back in and tried exchanging it. The workers said there was nothing they could do and I was a little upset by it. But the owner reached out to me and kindly made things right. She was very reasonable and nice.

  Went in because the place I used to go to doesn’t carry my vape juice the guy in there Decarlo went above and beyond literally searched his whole inventory for me to get me something similar to what I wanted since they didn’t carry it. Not only did he get me what I wanted but he spent 35 minutes making sure I left with an ejuice I wanted. Great guy they definitely have a valuable employee there he should be the store manager if he isn’t already!!! Thanks brother

  Normally love coming here. It’s a 20min drive without traffic to get to this location and I make the drive for the selection. I will not be coming back here after today. I find it silly that the shop is closed for a break at 11am and it opens at 9am. Sign on the door states left for lunch or coffee be back in 30. In five min of waiting 4 other customers tried going in. I even waited for the break to be over to purchase what I just drove her for and they didn’t show. Will not come back and will not recommend this place ever again.
