First time going to SCFL, Omar was so helpful and knew exactly what we needed and wanted. The selection was great and the store was very clean and esthetic. Definitely coming again.

Great customer service. Patient and kind . They need a tip jar. Always get me what I need! This is my default smoke shop.
Bought a disposable vape here and it was defective. As soon as I got home, it would not stop firing and was starting to make loud popping sounds. I was afraid it would catch fire! I brought it back to the store and was informed there was absolutely nothing they could do for me as it had been after "5 minutes since I bought it". The fact they will only back what they sell for literally 300 seconds is very telling of what kind of business they are running. I will not be coming back.
Out of every location we have in Tri-Cities this is the BEST location. The customer service 10/10. My friend and I go regularly and they remember us everytime, get us in and out quickly and we’ve gotten some cool freebies such as beanies and this time hoodies!
