Interesting how they don''t want to disclose prices up front but will be quick to say they will offer you a 20 percent discount. However, if you check your bank account 1-2 days later, you''ll see that they changed the charge fraudulently back to the original price. No more discount. For example, how is that I was charged $28 and some change originally, (which was already overpriced fyi,) and then a couple of days later the charge is changed from the original date that it was actually purchased to a future date with a new amount of $31 plus some change. This place is pretty shady.
I love this place! They have a great variety of options for whatever your vape needs are. The store is clean and elegant, not like your traditional head shop (which is nice for people like me who are not looking for that type of atmosphere). Most importantly though, the staff is amazing! They work hard to provide great customer service, and Sage is very business savvy! I am a customer for life!!
Super friendly, and clean. Bought a vape on friday, and although I didn’t use it that much, it’s already dead. These usually last me 3 weeks. But in just 2 days, it already stopped working.

TLDR: clerk game me bad advice and sold me mismatched items. The store manager refused to let me exchange them a few days later. The first time I visited this shop, I was looking for some pods and some juice. I''m relatively new to vaping and asked the clerk in the store about matching the juice I got to the ohmage of the pods (I was at least knowledgeable enough to know that this was a question worth asking), and he sold me two packs of pods and two bottles of juice, which cost almost $100, only to find out over the next couple of days that they were weren''t working properly together because they were mismatched and that I should have gotten either different juice to go with the ohm rating on the pods or pods with a different ohm rating to go with the juice. Long story short, the guy messed up. After realizing the mistake, I called the shop to see if I could exchange the pods for ones with the correct ohm rating, and the manager acknowledged that the clerk messed up but said that exchanges/returns were against store policy and refused. To his credit, he did offer to give me a discount if I wanted to by different pods, but this didn''t feel like an equitable solution to me since I felt that the store should take responsibility for their mistake and let me swap them out (I wasn''t even asking for a refund - just an exchange). I said that I can understand having a no-return policy in general but politely asked if he would mind contacting the owner and seeing if they''d be willing to make an exception in this case since the clerk clearly messed up, but he just shut me down, saying that he wouldn''t do that and that he would not discuss it further because he needed to go deal with another customer. I won''t be going back there and would not recommend this shop to anyone.
