  The store used to be a great place to purchase my disposable vapes. But after the interaction with one of the least helpful humans I have met. I will no longer support the store that would hire somebody who blatantly ignored a simple request from a customer who came in purchase something and discover their keys were locked in their car. The employee is an emotionless and soulless person that should not be in customer service. All they ask for is if the person working could help them by looking for a wire and the employee said that there is something like that on the bucket that keeps the door open but you can''t touch the bucket. The customer asked if I just borrowed the wire on the bucket and put it back? The customer was completely polite and obviously embarrassed about having just locked his keys in the car. And even mentioned that he has it propped enough All he needs is something to hook the keys and the employee said "be a normal person and just break the window". I was in shock that the employee made little effort or showed no compassion this is exactly what is wrong with the world in bodied in a 20-something year old kid who could care less about or show even the smallest semblance of humanity. I hope he loses his job soon. Whoever hired this person probably should be under review for their judgment as well I cannot believe it. It''s disgusting

  I walked in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted and when I looked at the selection I instantly drew a blank. Luckily JUSTIN was there!! He helped me pick out the absolute perfect selection for the exact needs that I have daily and I haven’t gone without needing a single tool, piece, capper, pearl, ANYTHING because Justin set me up with everything that I needed!! Perfect customer service, friendly guy, great smile and attitude and you can tell he both loves his job and is great at what he does!! If this guy isn’t the manager already give him a raise!!! I’m coming back to Sky High because I hope they have more people like Justin! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would

  Sabrina is amazing she’s always very helpful always has a super big smile on her face. I will only go to this sky high because of her. She’s amazing you need to give her a raise ASAP.

  Sabrina (the Teenage Witch) was amazing, very knowledgeable and cracked a few jokes making the very short stay feel like I was right at home. Fair prices and nice peices in store 10/10 recommendation

  Justin, Maddie, and Mike truly make this store a vibe! The energy is always positive and they remember the common purchases of regulars! I do not go to any other Sky.
