I’ve been going to this shop for many yrs unlike several shops I’ve been to in the past the selection is always great and the prices are the lowest I’ve seen. Recently I had bought in bulk and even know there policy is very clear on returns that are not verified in person at time of sale once again the owner based on making sure the customer is alway #1 and completely satisfied he exchanged a defective puff bar .. I will be a customer for life and refer all my fiends .. keep up the great work We need more people of his professionalism
We''ve been customers at the Silver Lake Smoke and Vape for quite awhile. The owner is usually always there and always provides me and my wife with excellent service. He generally remembers what we usually order and has it ready when its our time to approach the cash register. The store is always clean and their products are always easy to look at and displayed nicely. My wife and I would highly recommend this shop.
I love this shop. The prices are great and the staff are just a true joy to talk to. I don''t care where i live EVEN out of the area. I will always come back to shop and stock just for the simple fact the staff here have become like a family to me. Ive got a chance to know them and for them to get to know me. My fiancée also now is a regular. If you want a tobacco shop that treats you right and has excellent prices or you may just enjoy a good deal. Either way check them out. Ive been a dedicated shopper for almost 4 years come this july and i will continue to keep coming.
Wonderful deals on disposable vape pens and a much bigger variety then I usually find at other smoke shops. Also the man working there was extremely kind and efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I will definitely be returning.
