Love this smoke shop! Day time manager (wish I could remember his name!) is super patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They''ve got great deals and general pricing and awesome selection. It''s become one of my favorite smoke shops and go to places.
I recently purchased a $15 dollar lighter from this establishment. I returned within a week of my purchase because the lighter didn''t work. I was given no box or paperwork for troubleshooting. The gal at the store got my lighter to work, within a week I was back, I couldn''t tell if it didn''t work from lack of fuel or what. I asked for a replacement or my money back. The clerk walks down the counter and to the left of the register, almost out of site he shows me a small sign that says, No returns or refunds. I went to this store because it was local and veteran owed. Veteran owed to me means honesty, integrity and loyalty. If he chooses to post a sign letting the public know your on your own after you walk out the door with any of his merchandise at least he could do is post this sign right in front of the cash register. He told me he wouldn''t replace or refund my purchase, my response was , you don''t stand behind your merchandise? His response was, how do I know you didn''t drop it, I responded, does it look like I dropped it? As a veteran I am done supporting this establishment.
Great local smoke shop. I will only come here for my vapes with probably the best prices in all of Tucson. The owner and all the employees also give me their honest opinion on the different products. Great family/veteran ran business.
Sal was super helpful, helping me pick out an Vape! He was very knowledgeable & overall a great person! 10/10 would recommend this smoke shop! Shout to Sal! 🤙🏻
Hands down the best smoke shop in town. Great deals on everything you need when it comes to enjoying whatever it is that you smoke..... awesome customers service is provided as soon as you walk in and doesn''t stop until you leave a happy customer. By far my favorite is Heather,.kind, courtesy and beautiful.
