I came in to buy a battery, and it when I got home it was open, and didn’t come with all the pieces, after I went to the store to ask, and he made me buy another battery Js for a small piece, saying I was scamming him in front of eveyone, bad customer service,
If you have questions the just rush you along. They don''t answer questions, and if you don''t know what you want before coming, I highly recommend not coming here. Guy was Hella rude
Really bad experience with their customer service over the phone. The guy that answered knew nothing about the product and didn''t even bother to try. I just wanted to know how much an elfbar was and he said they were 69 dollars and other shops sell this same product for 25 dollars. They lost a customer
I love this place!! Friendly people and great prices. They also have have a big selection of anything you would need. By far one of the best smoke shops in the bay area!! :)
