Went in there. I bought vape juice from another place.. flavored of course. But i wanted to be able to taste the flavor. But guy said in order to taste flavor i needed a better vape pen. Disapointed. I went somewhere else.. here the lady was super nice and we went to a higher battery And a berry flavor. First hit was hard. Wow changed the battery and wow. The battery seem hot. It was 6.00. Changed back to older one and lowered the intake valve.. put juice in. And hey i can taste the berry. So cool.. which was by the way was cheaper and went lower in nicotine. Whew!! Pretty happy!! Thank you so much!!
Really bummed. Really wanted to love this shop after seeing all the glowing reviews, and hearing that they have partner shops they can recommend. Sent my husband in here to get help with a replacement female bowl for his bong, since he needed a bit of help and we werent sure what size of bowl he needed. Unfortunatley the help we got was lackluster, we were treated like a burden rather than customers- the cashier was more concerned flirting on the clock and seemed annoyed we had come in. She couldnt even be bothered to give us a receipt after the transaction. If you decide to still visit the shop after reading this review, make sure you know down to a T what you need and prepare to help yourself.
First time I went was great, awesome customer service, was told if I took receipt to sister store I could get 10% off product Second time I go in I went to try to get a replacement for my female bowl piece for my bong. Noticed clerk was outside of the store talking to someone in the parking lot. I go to bring my bong with me so I could get the right sized piece and immediately she freaks out in me about how I can''t bring it in and it''s illegal. Fine. I apologize that I didn''t know and try to move on with the transaction after putting my bong back in my car. I explain that I need a standard female bowl. She keeps trying to sale me male bowls. I restate "female bowl". I ask for a standard. She sells me a large. I ask about the sister location and she tells me the name, doesnt give me my receipt. Final straw for me was after paying in cash I mention that I''m a veteran and ask about the discount I got last time. She responds with "Oh well we just finished the transaction and I don''t know how to fix that issue." I''ve never had such a poor experience at a smoke shop before and I won''t be coming back.
Went in for blunt wraps and asked for blunt WRAPS picked out 3 different kinds and 2 of them had nicotine in them she didn’t inform us at all she totally knew the ones he picked were cigars and not wraps. They are behind the counter you can’t even look at them until you pay. I called immediately and was told unfortunately they don’t do returns or exchanges and that she would give us 15% off if we wanted to get more. We won’t be going to that smoke shop anymore better shops further down the street with people who know their products and give information without having to pull it out of them.
I enjoy this smoke shop very much. They are not overpriced and have good loyalty deals if you come back. Super friendly staff and very clean store with a large selection. Best Kratom selection I have found in town.
