This place is the best I’ve ever been to. I came in from out of town and needed to find a specific product and the gentleman that owns or runs the place was fantastic! He didn’t have the one I wanted so he called his partner and within 30 mins it was there! Thank you
Very unprofessional, sold the wrong product after asking and making sure, and was reassured by the standing employee. Regardless of been a new hire, it''s okay to not know all the information. If an employee isn''t sure how bout being honest and saying I am not sure, instead of leading the customer on. Also trying a refund is impossible, just call the bank.
I live in San Mateo but will go out of my way to shop here.This is the only place within miles & miles that carry my brand! Sean is so courteous & a lovely young man and he always has a smile on his face. 5 stars & a thumbs up 👍!
