  The guys are really informative and really know what they''re talking about, so if you want a good smoke shop that''s going to have all the answers in the world for you regarding product on CBD, THC, and vape, I highly recommend this place over any other. They are a little on the expensive side, but it is 100% worth it. Their product is top shelf, and they actually have all of it sealed so you know you''re not getting used product. They also have some pretty cool sales sometimes, so I would check what''s on sale if you''re looking for a mod or a bong. Overall, I''m very pleased with this place. Visit after visit, they have not let me down.

  Called this place ahead of time and the guy gave me a price for out the door, I even called a second time to verify. But when I arrived the guy seen I had some change and not all bills so he told me the price he gave me TWICE was without taxes and not out the door plus everything in the store is very over priced. I left and went to the stuffed pipe where they have good customer service and descent prices I would suggest that anyone planning on going to this place to save yourself the trouble.

  Staff acts rude like children and they ripped my husband off for $50 and didn''t even attempt to make it right. If I could put a neggative stars I would. Someone should burn it and the owners house down to the ground while all employees are inside of it

  I went in asking about a cbd cartridge and the gentleman behind the counter sold me the wrong battery for the cartridge, claiming that they were compatible. No worries, everybody makes mistakes. I quickly called to let the worker know that he made a mistake and sold me the wrong battery. He said no problem his boss could refund it the next day. I go in the next day and I am refused a refund due to covid. He told me that his boss absolutely refused to refund me, even though it was all the mistake of Sequioa Smoke Shop. Now I''m stuck with a 35 dollar vape battery that does nothing for me.(25 dollars at other stores btw) I will never come back here and I hope you guys listen to my warning. Stay away from this overplaced shop with greedy owners! So many other good smoke shops in Fresno. Their cheapest banger was 29.99 and their mini bongs/bubblers started at 79.99...
