  Don’t by butane unless you check the bottle. I didn’t realize the one I grabbed was empty, went back to get another one since no refunds. The next one I grabbed…empty. So after I found one that was full I went to the counter gave the cashier the empty one from the shelf, showed him the empty one I bought but still had to pay for a new one. He did ask another guy why they have empty ones on the shelf and he responded like all of us are stupid and said well it’s gas it might have been broken or leaked. Well we all know it’s gas but don’t you check them before you put them on the shelf? Just asking. Anyways the cashier was apologetic but I still had to buy another one. Didn’t think I had to check so that’s why I’m leaving the review so it doesn’t happen to anyone else but it will I am sure because they put empty ones on the shelf unfortunately. Good thing they are only $2 but still.

  Eli is the man! Definitely enlightened me to the new world smoke. Best smoke shop with a huge selection and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the shop!! Most definitely recommend to visit for all smoking needs

  Absolutely love this place ! I’ve gone here for two years now and I’ve never had a problem. Staff is great and friendly and they always have good deals and brands .

  Bruh. Only place I’ll go now! I recently started vaping with a mod. Was having trouble getting in to the flow of things. Got played by several other smoke shops that waxed me. There was a dude there I think his name was Eli. Laced me up big time. Clearly knew what he was talking about & wasn’t just trying to sell me stuff. Spent a fraction of what other shops told me I needed to spend. Now my vape rips. Plus the juice selection was huge, cheap and good. Pssssch! I feel bad Kuz I can’t remember homies name. I think it was Eli 🤔 and I don’t even write reviews!! In fact this my first one ever. Haha. But this shop honestly made my whole day 👌

  Do not buy electronics from them. They sell bogus out of box torch lighters and equipment that do not work, then will refuse a refund or exchange regardless of how recent the purchase. Horrible attitude, completely unprofessional staff that knew nothing, and with music so loud you can’t hear them. Tried to get in touch with a manager, they refused to give any info and hung up the phone. Trash store, spend your money elsewhere. EDIT: there was no “physical damage” like they try to play it off as, they obviously looked into nothing as they just try to save face. And no, it was not new as it was unboxed (like most of your items) and didn’t function. Just goes to show they believe it’s YOUR FAULT that THEIR THINGS don’t work. Make sure you test in store whatever they’re selling you, don’t let them scam you like they do others.
