Purchased a poor quality vape pen and the top came right off and ripped the internal wiring. I was not given a receipt at purchase and then was accused of not having a receipt when coming back with the faulty product. The staff and the owner stated that without a receipt they were unable of offering me an exchange. These are poor customer relation practices. Lesson learned always ask for a receipt even if not offered/given.
Best glass products hands down! I still have all my glass products I’ve ever bought from there and in great condition. Helpful employees and sometimes give discounts! Also they have a rewards program. There’s lots in the area but I always try this one first! Every once and awhile when I go there it’s closed during their hours of operation, but I’d come back another day if you were looking to buy a piece that will last you!

Loved this place! Stopped in for the first time and Daniel was super friendly and got me exactly what I needed! (glass storage jar) He started up casual conversation which is, in my opinion, kinda rare when it comes to smoke shops in this area. Felt welcome right away and will definitely be making this a regular stop!
I''ve shopped here for a while since moving to the neighborhood. For a while the people working at the store were very knowledgeable, friendly, and cool! But lately it''s usually one of two people working there - one of whom is always on their phone and seems annoyed and angry that I''m even there, and who seems to try to rush me out of the store instead of giving me time to look around. Neither of these two people seem to know anything about the products they sell and can''t answer half of my questions, as opposed to the folks who used to work here that always had recommendations and could even remember what I got last time! It''s a shame but if I keep getting this kind of treatment as a customer I''ll just have to start shopping somewhere else.
