This a wonderful tobacco shop. I come here for elfbar vapes all the time. They have the best prices in the city. Very convenient location. Amazing Customer. Very friendly and helpful.🔥🔥🌞☀️
I usually come here all the time and have no problems finding the coils and vape liquid i need. Today, when I walked in, i first asked the associate if there were any GeekVape coils for purchase. He then said that he didn''t know if there were any in stock (i could see them behind the counter). I then asked the associate if they could show me the coils that were available. The associate behind the counter was hesitant and kept saying that I wasn''t allowed to come behind the counter. I wasn''t asking to go behind the counter. I wanted to see the coils so I could know which one I needed to buy. The associate ended up selling me coils that were too big for my device. One of the coils in the package was opened. I exchanged the package of coils for the correct size. This could have been very easily avoided if the associate had just shown me the coils as I asked them, too. Five stars because I usually have amazing service with them.
This store is the cleanest store I have been to. Great workers with good suggestions with getting what u need.
Was looking for a new tobacco location and found this little GEM. Clean and wonderful and fresh items. I will make this my go to

JR was extremely helpful over the phone, when I arrived, and during my time at the store. I’ve been in customer service/sales management for over a decade, and I would hire him in a heartbeat. With this review I would appreciate he gets the correct recognition for how well he does at his job. He shows how much he cares for the shop and the customers. Because of JR I’m going to be coming back and making this my number one store to shop at. Again, I would appreciate he gets recognition for how well he performs at his workplace, pays genuine attention with his customers to make sure they received the correct and best of the product they’re searching for, along with his great attitude and customer service while working. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my visit and definitely will be coming back from now on because of him. Thank you, -Sadie
