  I went to Santa Cruz smoke shop to buy a box of cigars which were $0.99pk, however 15 packs come in the box. I was charged $30 for the box. I was told afterward that if you buy the box, the price was doubled for each pack. Never heard that before and I''ve been buying cigars for over 20 years. Make sure that you get clarity on prices!!

  This place was legit. Badass atmosphere/lighting/presentation. Really good selection of pieces and lots of other “novelties”. Friendly staff who was really cool about lowering prices I would definitely recommend this head shop!

  Decent selection but the 1 product I bought didn''t screw in properly and they wouldn''t refund right after I walked out

  They’ll sell you a defective product, telling you it just just needs some butane so they can make another sale, then when you come back because it doesn’t work they tell you no exchanges or refunds. Avoid this establishment if you value your time and money.

  Nice local place. If you live by close it''s definitely worth checking out. People are always nice and helpful.
