Great customer service hands down! Always been good to me and the wife, not just that went in there bought something that was glass something had happened well using the product took it in and even though all sales are final Nick had did a solid on and right then n there exchanged that product with something of the same price, if I had went to another smoke shop in OC for sure they would of b****ed and not do nothing about it. So this is the only spot me and the wife will be getting anything we need and I highly recommend everyone else to do the same. In the last 15 years I have not came across a smoke shop like the one Nick be running good looking playa!
